Marleen Lamont

Director, Community at Business Relationship Management Institute (BRM Institute)

Marleen LaMont has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marleen began their career as an Executive Assistant at Metro One Telecommunications, where they provided administrative support and implemented a corporate intranet. Marleen then joined Intel Corporation, where they worked as an Events/Marketing Program Manager and later as a Training Program Coordinator, coordinating logistics for management training courses and managing vendor relationships. At A Beautiful Marriage Relationship Center, Marleen served as a Program Manager, contributing to the strategic direction and vision of the school and facilitating behavior coaching sessions for couples. Marleen later became a Senior Partner at Magna Leadership Solutions LLC, where they facilitated workshops, created workshop materials, and performed operational activities. Marleen'smost recent role was at the Business Relationship Management Institute (BRM Institute), where they held various positions, including VP Global Community Experience, Chief Development Officer, and Director of Community.

Marleen LaMont, BRMP completed a FastTrak PMP program at TTY Career College in 2014. Marleen is currently working towards obtaining their Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, pending the completion of a certification test.
