Roy Youngman has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Roy is currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at the Business Relationship Management Institute (BRM Institute) since January 2018. Before that, they were working as an Independent Consultant under their own business from September 2017 onwards. Prior to that, they were the Owner and President of Allied Coring and Demolition from August 2015 to August 2017, where they provided concrete coring, sawing, and demolition services. From March 2010 to July 2015, Roy Youngman worked as the Principal at The Merlyn Group, LLC. Roy also held the position of Delivery Vice President at nGenera Corporation from 2005 to 2010. During their tenure at nGenera Corporation, they helped companies in becoming next-generation enterprises using new collaboration techniques and Web 2.0. Roy has also served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at VueMedia from 2002 to 2004. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as the Vice President at Neoforma, where they played a vital role in the acquisition of the venture startup EquipMD. Earlier in their career, they were the Vice President of Product Development at Radiant Systems, where they focused on integrating back-office products. Roy also served as the CTO at Boston Chicken, Inc. from 1994 to 1998, where they managed technology amidst major financial difficulties. Roy Youngman began their career as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Consulting from 1987 to 1994.

Roy Youngman attended Texas A&M University from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a BS degree in Computer Science. Roy also holds additional certifications, including a Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) from APMG International and a certification in Managing Organizational Change from ODR.
