Leonila Guglya

Leonila Guglya is an experienced professional in international trade, law, and policy. Currently serving as a Digital/Services Policy and Regulatory Affairs Officer at the International Trade Centre since September 2020, Leonila also works as an international consultant, providing expertise on various projects, including assisting Lao PDR with trade implementation and analyzing trade preferences. As a Professor of Business and Corporate Law and Negotiations at Business School Lausanne, Leonila teaches international business law and supervises student internships and theses. Leonila's extensive consultancy work involves significant contributions to organizations such as the United Nations ESCAP and UNCTAD, and previous roles include positions with SwissLegal Rouiller & Associés and GOPA Worldwide Consultants. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in International Public Law and various law degrees from prestigious institutions, underscoring a robust academic foundation in legal matters related to international trade and investment.
