Raji Ganesh

Raji Ganesh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst at Business Software Inc since July 2007, Raji specializes in gathering requirements, testing enhancements, and providing demos to support teams, while actively managing customer defects through SalesForce and Share Point. Prior to this role, Raji was a QA Intern at Radium Soft for a brief period in 2007, and gained foundational experience as a QA Analyst at HSBC from June 1990 to July 1997, contributing to the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Raji holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Bombay in Mumbai.
