Conrad Ford is an accomplished financial technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Product & Strategy Officer at Allica Bank since September 2020, Conrad oversees product, marketing, partnerships, strategy, and ESG initiatives for the bank, recently recognized as the UK’s fastest-growing company. As a Non Executive Director at Business South from May 2024, Conrad contributes to the regional representative body. Previously, as a Board Advisor for Trade Ledger® from June 2020 to May 2024, advisory support was provided to a B2B lending technology startup. Additionally, Conrad held positions at Starling Bank, Funding Options—where Conrad was the Founder & CEO and established a leading position in SME loans—and Validis, among others, showcasing a strong background in operations and product strategy across various financial institutions. Education includes a Master of Arts in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
