Lisa Robertson

Lisa Robertson has extensive experience in the customer service and financial sectors, currently serving as a Change SME at Business Stream since November 2013, where responsibilities have included roles such as Account Adjustment Analyst, Customer Experience Manager, and Complaint Handler. Prior to this, Lisa held the position of Union Representative at Unison Scottish Water Branch from October 2019 to October 2022. Lisa's earlier career includes roles as a Debt Collector at BLACKHORSE FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD and a Mortgage Processor at Lloyds Banking Group, as well as working as a Tour Guide at Historic Environment Scotland. Lisa holds an HNC in Social Sciences from West Lothian College.
