Neil Draycott

Neil is a sporty person, so it’s no surprise that he grew up wanting to be a premier league footballer. Instead, he opted to become a team player in the busy world of Workforce Optimisation and Monitoring & Compliance. After starting Business Systems in 2017 as a Workforce Management consultant he worked his way up to Head of Solutions and Architecture. Neil is passionate about building a community with his customers through Forums and events. In his spare time, Neil keeps active by running 40 miles each week and taking part in half marathons.
