Richard Tait is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and helpdesk operations. Since January 2015, Richard has been serving as a Helpdesk Engineer at Business Technology Group (BTG). Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Store Systems Support Analyst at The Warehouse Ltd from August 2007 to November 2011, and as a Technical Support specialist at Input Computing Ltd from March 1995 to August 2007. Richard's educational qualifications include a Cisco CCNA Certification from Cisco Online Academy, Advanced Computer Networks Level 6 from Auckland University of Technology, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Central Institute of Technology. Richard's foundational education was completed at Wairarapa College.
