Daniyal Ahmed

Daniyal Ahmed has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as Helpdesk Engineer III at Workhuman since July 2013, alongside the role of Helpdesk Engineer at Globoforce, where the focus is on enhancing workplace experiences through innovative human applications. Prior to these positions, Daniyal held the title of IT Technician at Colaiste Pobail Setanta, providing daily support for staff and maintaining student servers, as well as completing an internship at Ulster Bank, where responsibilities included helpdesk and desktop support for over 200 users. Daniyal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Systems and Networking from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and has completed education at Summerhill College and Shaheen Public School.
