Ramon Garcia

Ramon Garcia has a strong background in IT, with over 20 years of experience. Ramon started their career as a Network Operation Center Technician at VCV Communications, Inc in 2003. From there, they moved on to Business Telecommunications Services in 2005, where they served as a Network Administrator-IT Manager for 10 years. In 2015, they joined Telefonica as an IT System Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Windows Exchange System Engineer. In 2019, they became an IT Manager at Telefonica before leaving the company in 2023. Currently, Ramon Garcia is the Director of IT at BTS.

Ramon Garcia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Universitario de Tecnologia. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications including CompTIA A+, Digium Asterisk Certified (Linnux PBX System), Microsoft Certified Professional, Nortel Networks Cabling Certified, Panduit Certified (Structured Cabling Design), and Security Awareness.
