Emily Martin has over 30 years of professional experience. Emily began their career in 1984 at AT&T as a Customer Service Specialist, where they served as a Call Center Rep, Peer Mentoring Specialist, and Interim Manager. In 1994, they joined Business Wise Inc as a Research Assistant and eventually rose to the role of Research Director. In this role, they were responsible for managing the research process, ensuring the quality and accuracy of data collected, and expanding the database. Emily then became Director of Client Services and eventually Vice President of Client Services. In this role, they were responsible for training and supporting a portfolio of clients across 3 markets, proactively assisting clients with identifying and connecting with decision makers, closing gaps in clients' business development process, creating and executing marketing webinars, creating and fostering long-term client relationships, and identifying and communicating opportunities to impact retention and expand profit margins. Emily also created high performing teams through professional development and performance management. Emily has strong organizational and time management skills and has demonstrated the ability to effectively engage, interact and influence at all levels.

Emily Martin began their education in 1979, when they attended The University of Georgia for undergraduate studies. Emily then went on to receive a BA in Psychology from LaGrange College in 1984. In 2011, they obtained a certification in Building Your Leadership Potential from TrainingExcellence.org. The following year, they obtained a certification in Effective Problem Solving from the same institution.
