Dipika Swamy

Dipika Swamy has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Dipika most recently worked at BUSINESSNEXT as the Lead - Talent Development, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Training Manager at Interview Kickstart from December 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager - Training and Development at Teleperformance India from April 2019 to December 2021. Dipika also has experience as a Training Officer at Intelenet Global Services Private Ltd. from April 2017 to April 2019 and as a Voice Coach from February 2016 to April 2017.

Dipika Swamy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Munshi Nagar Andheri Mumbai. Dipika expanded their knowledge by also studying History & Library Science during the period of 2013-2015.
