Lipika Mohanty has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as an Assistant Manager HR at Hindustan Motors Ltd. Lipika went on to work as a Deputy Manager HR at LML and then as an HR Manager at Aithent Technologies. In 2002, they became a Project Manager at Triple A Consulting. From 2006 to 2010, Lipika worked at AuthBridge Research Services Private Limited as Head HR & Operations (PSG). Lipika then joined Serco, a UK based international service company, as an HR Head (Advisor) responsible for setting up the HR function and aligning it with global corporate goals and objectives. In 2006, Lipika founded HR Collaborators, and from 2014 onwards, they have worked as the Director of People Development at BusinessNext and CRMNext.
Lipika Mohanty completed their education at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a PGDM in HR. Prior to that, they attended Women's Christian College in Chennai from 1989 to 1992. No additional information is provided regarding their certification or further education.
