Rajendra Sureka

Rajendra Sureka has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rajendra is currently serving as the Head of Digital Learning at BUSINESSNEXT since March 2022. Previously, they held senior leadership positions at companies like MPS Interactive Systems, Tata Interactive Systems, IBM, InterGlobe Technologies, and Sapient. At MPS Interactive Systems, they worked as the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations from December 2020 to December 2021, and as the Vice President and Delivery Head from June 2018 to November 2020. At Tata Interactive Systems, they served as the Vice President of Delivery from June 2014 to May 2018, and as the Deputy General Manager of Delivery from September 2012 to May 2014. Rajendra also worked as a Senior Program Manager at IBM from September 2008 to September 2012, as a Senior Project Manager at InterGlobe Technologies from October 2005 to May 2008, and as a Senior Associate Program Management at Sapient from March 2004 to October 2005. Rajendra started their career as a Technical Staff Member at IBM in June 2001 and worked there until February 2004.

Rajendra Sureka completed their PGCBM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they hold certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, and in Sun Java Programming from Sun Microsystems.
