Anthony Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of client services and benefits administration. Anthony began their career as an Advocate I at Alight Solutions in 2016, where they managed a caseload of corporate client employees' medical claim issues and acted as a liaison to corporate client HR departments. In 2011, they transitioned to Aon as a Benefits Advisor, where they assessed, counseled, recommended, and transitioned retirees from group health insurance to individualized Medicare insurance solutions. Anthony also provided additional services to customer service, product development, and business operations teams. In 2019, Anthony joined WEX Benefits as a Client Service Analyst, processing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and recommending solutions for process improvement. Anthony reconciled bad data between clients, benefit express, and insurance carriers and analyzed insurance carrier EDI files and client audits. Currently, they work at Businessolver as a Client Services Guru, starting in December 2021.

Anthony Lee received their high school diploma from Adlai E. Stevenson High School in 1997. Anthony then attended Boston University from 1997 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. In 2005, Anthony enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in English, which they completed in 2007.
