Brian Golden has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on health management and wellness solutions. Brian began their career as a Consultant at Arista Associates before moving on to American Practice Management/Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Consultant. Golden then joined CorSolutions/Matria as the Senior Director of Information Management.

In 2006, Golden became the Principal and Midwest Zone Leader for the Total Health Management Practice at Mercer. Brian was responsible for business development and leading the Midwest Zone to develop and implement effective health management programs for clients. During their time at Mercer, Golden consistently exceeded revenue goals.

Golden then joined Healthy Interactions as the VP of Growth and Solution Development, where they implemented a unique model to promote behavior change in individuals. Brian later joined Towers Watson as a Senior Consultant and National Sales Leader for Health Management.

In 2014, Golden became the VP and Head of Customer Success at Keas, a leading population health management company. Brian focused on driving engagement and value for Fortune 500 clients through top-tier programs and a comprehensive technology platform.

Golden then joined Castlight Health as the VP of Field Alliances, where they played a crucial role in the company's mission to build great healthcare and business.

In 2017, Golden joined Sharecare, Inc. as the VP of Enterprise, contributing to the company's mission of helping individuals manage all aspects of their health in one place.

Currently, Golden serves as the VP of Sales for the West and Central Regions at Businessolver, a benefits administration technology company. Brian leads the sales team in delivering customizable and secure SaaS platforms to clients, with a focus on maximizing benefits programs, minimizing risk, and engaging employees.

Throughout their career, Golden has demonstrated expertise in sales, client relationship management, and driving successful health management programs.

Brian Golden obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Columbia College between 1989 and 1993. Brian then pursued a Master's Degree of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Loyola University Chicago's Graduate School of Business from 1995 to 1999.
