Crystal Villalobos

Crystal Villalobos started their work experience as an Implementation Technical Analyst, Technical Analyst, and H&W Administration Analyst at Conduent HR Services in 2000. Crystal held this position until 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Client Platform Lead in the Health and Welfare Administration Team at the same company. In this role, they managed a client portfolio, served as a platform/environment subject matter expert, and oversaw client-focused technical requirements. From 2017 to 2019, Crystal worked as a Service Delivery Manager in the Health and Welfare Administration Team at Conduent HR Services. Crystal'sresponsibilities included providing guidance and leadership to a team, developing operational objectives, and creating systems/services. In 2019, they joined Businessolver as a Client Operations Lead.

Crystal Villalobos obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The College of New Jersey, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a diploma from Roselle Park High School from 1992 to 1996.
