As Businessolver’s executive leader responsible for all client engagement from onboarding to ongoing operations, Don brings to his role more than two decades of experience in HR outsourcing, including all aspects of client service and support. He previously worked as the Director of Implementation Services at Aon Hewitt, as well as the Director of Benefits Outsourcing at Willis Towers Watson. At Businessolver, Don is the architect of our current client onboarding practice, leading more than 100 Solvers dedicated to providing our clients with a best-in-class onboarding experience. He and his team have assisted clients in navigating complex business challenges including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, ACA reporting, benefit plan redesigns and of course Annual Enrollment. Don's intense focus on quality, scope and schedule management combined with strong team leadership has allowed him to consistently deliver successful results. Also, his top strength of Arranger gives him a unique ability to strategically deploy resources to achieve maximum productivity. He leverages that blend of skill and strength to ensure seamless alignment and effective communication in our relationship to ensure success. In addition to a B.S. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Don also is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
