Dr. Lauren Matovina Roeding

Dr. Lauren Matovina Roeding has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Dr. Lauren started their career as a Compliance Communication Intern at American Equity in 2009. Dr. Lauren then worked as a Sales Associate at Quill and Nib: Writing Instruments of Distinction from 2007 to 2010, where they demonstrated strong sales skills. After that, they worked as a New Business Service Technician at American Equity from 2010 to 2011, focusing on customer service and administrative tasks. Dr. Lauren then transitioned to MetLife, where they held multiple roles from 2011 to 2013, including Senior New Business Service Specialist III, Senior Annuity Representative - Wholesaler Services, and Senior Annuity Representative – Segmented Service. In these roles, they provided excellent service and expertise on annuity products. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Key Account Specialist at Fidelity & Guaranty Life, acting as a liaison between agents and various departments within the company. Dr. Lauren then joined Mercer in 2015 as a Service Delivery Specialist and later became a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing client teams and improving business processes. In 2018, they joined Winefest as a Grand Cru, contributing to the organization of wine events. In 2019, they joined Businessolver as the Director of Shared Services, responsible for leading a team dedicated to client operations support. Dr. Lauren later served as the AVP of Client Services and Director of Client Services, focusing on delivering a high-quality client experience and managing client relationships. Most recently, in 2023, they joined the Brewery Running Series as an Event Director, organizing fun run events that start and end at local breweries. Overall, Dr. Lauren Matovina Roeding has a range of experiences in client services, operations management, event planning, sales, and customer service.

Dr. Lauren Matovina Roeding has an extensive education history. Dr. Lauren obtained their Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from the University of Phoenix from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Iowa from 2007 to 2010. Dr. Lauren also holds a Master's Business Administration degree from Globe University, which they earned from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they graduated with a diploma from Dowling Catholic High School in 2007.

In addition to their degrees, Dr. Roeding has also obtained several certifications. These include the Doctor of Business Administration certification from the University of Phoenix in March 2023.
