Erika Hughes

Erika Hughes has a diverse work experience. Erika currently works as a Benefits Administrator at Businessolver since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Office Supervisor at Ashley HomeStore starting from April 2021. Before joining Ashley HomeStore, Erika worked at Ashley Homestore as a Sales Design Associate from August 2019 to April 2021. Erika also has experience in the performing arts industry, having worked as a Performing Arts Instructor at Davenport Junior Theatre from August 2013 to April 2021. In this role, they served as a dance instructor and assisted in the dance program's operations. Erika demonstrated skills in time management, organization, adaptation, leadership, problem-solving, and marketing during their time at Davenport Junior Theatre.

Erika Hughes obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Scott Community College, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Sales Management at the University of Northern Iowa from 2017 to 2019.
