Jodi Kniss has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jodi started their career in 1997 as a Head Clerk at King Soopers/City Market, where they managed a large team and handled customer issues. Jodi then worked as a Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co. for a brief period.

In 2001, Jodi joined Hertz as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for tracking vehicle mileage and managing reports. Jodi stayed with Hertz until 2007 and during this time, they also performed daily entries of confidential company records.

From 2007 to 2015, Jodi worked at DIRECTV in various roles. Jodi started as a Technical Specialist, handling customer calls and providing exceptional service. Jodi then moved up to become an Employee Development Coach, Training Specialist I and II, and eventually a Master Trainer.

Jodi joined Disney English in 2015 as a Foreign Language Trainer, before moving on to The Home Depot in 2017 as a Speciality Services Lead.

Since 2017, Jodi has been working at Businessolver. Jodi started as a Participate Services Representative, managing company-sponsored benefit programs and providing technical support for online benefits. Jodi then progressed to become a Quality Assurance Specialist, Benefits Specialist Lead, and currently holds the position of Sr. Client Operations Lead.

Jodi Kniss completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Denver, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Jodi also obtained a license in Health/Accident & Life in 2018.
