Magen Schaffer's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Magen started their career as a Customer Service Rep at Bank of America in 1997 and held this position until 2004. Afterwards, they joined Marsh as a Team Lead from April 2013 to July 2013. Magen then worked at Mercer, where they served as a Team Lead from January 2014 to May 2015, a Client Service Analyst II from May 2015 to April 2016, and an Associate from April 2016 to November 2016. Magen later joined LMC Insurance & Risk Management as an Account Manager from November 2016 to January 2018. Magen's next role was at ADP, where they worked as a Total Absence Management Specialist III from January 2018 to September 2020. Currently, they are at Businessolver as a Client Operations Lead since September 2020, and they will also assume the role of a Senior Client Services Lead starting in April 2023.

Magen Schaffer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from William Penn University College for Working Adults in the year 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Des Moines Area Community College between 1997 and 1999.
