Mallory Scott

Mallory Scott has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as an intern at King Soopers, where they gained experience in daily administrative tasks and management of employees. In 2014, they interned for the reelection campaign of Mike Coffman, assisting with political poll phone calls and other campaign tasks. In 2016, they interned at King Soopers/City Market as a Human Resources Recruiting and Training Intern, where they analyzed candidate applications, attended recruitment events, and managed social media postings for recruitment. Mallory also worked at Ball Corporation in 2017 as a Talent Management Intern, where they created resource guides on leadership development and analyzed workforce data. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Resident Advisor at the University of Colorado Boulder, creating an inclusive environment and leading up to 50 students. Mallory also worked as a Student Assistant at the Leeds School of Business Mentoring Programs from 2016 to 2018, where they assisted the director with program operations and analyzed survey results. Lastly, Mallory currently works at Businessolver, where they started in 2018 as a Professional Development Program Representative before transitioning to roles such as Market Collaboration Partner, Executive Collaboration Partner, and currently, Business Intelligence Analyst. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing market leaders, assisting with project management and reporting, and utilizing Salesforce and other tools for data analysis.

Mallory Scott obtained a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Denver, completing their studies from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership, Operations, and Talent Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Mallory's education journey began at Chatfield Senior High School, where they obtained their High School Degree from 2010 to 2014.
