Sanita H.

Sanita H. has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as an Outreach Representative at the Iowa College Access Network. In this role, they gained experience in public speaking and assisted families and students with financial aid applications.

In 2013, they joined Mercer and progressively advanced in various roles. As a Benefits Counselor/Subject Matter Expert, they supported the Service Delivery Team with reports and resolving participant issues. Sanita also managed the Knowledge Management system and created client group profiles.

Later, as a Service Delivery Analyst, Sanita worked closely with the Service Delivery Specialist to manage benefits for large-sized clients, coordinating with out-sourced carriers. Sanita developed a close relationship with clients and addressed participant issues.

Currently, Sanita is a Client Operations Lead at Businessolver, a position they have held since November 2019.

Sanita H. attended Grand View University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their major was Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Additionally, in July 2013, they obtained certifications in Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License from the National Insurance Producer Registry.
