Tandra Baugh

Tandra Baugh has a diverse and extensive work experience in benefits administration and client management. Tandra is currently working as an Account Manager - Consumer Accounts at Businessolver, where they serve as a liaison between clients and production teams, manages client calls and training, maintains documentation, and ensures the delivery of high-quality services. Tandra joined Businessolver in 2022.

Prior to joining Businessolver, Tandra worked at Conduent HR Services from 2003 to 2018. Tandra held the roles of Relationship Associate and Consultant during their tenure. As a Relationship Associate, they met with health plans and employers, facilitated new client implementation, and supported employer group and funding file set up. As a Consultant, Tandra provided subject matter counseling on benefit plans to participants, advised on IRS tax rules, and provided breakdowns of benefit calculations.

Tandra also worked as a Benefits Admin Sr. Analyst at Conduent from 2003 onwards.

Tandra Baugh attended Berkeley College from 1998 to 2000 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Marketing.
