Terry Schamberger

Terry Schamberger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Their most recent role was as a GRC Program Manager at Businessolver, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Scrum Master at Businessolver from November 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Businessolver, Terry worked at DISH Network from 2016 to 2020. During their time at DISH Network, they held various senior management roles. They served as a Senior Engineering Manager, leading a team responsible for initiatives such as 5G and NB-IoT application development, Sling TV, Video on Demand, and Bingewatching. They also managed a department comprised of scrum masters and product owners and played a key role in ongoing organizational changes related to Lean-Agile leadership.

At DISH Network, Terry also worked as a Senior PMO Manager. In this role, they led a successful organizational Agile transformation, directed training on scaled agility and DevOps for a large number of employees, and implemented SAFe and Lean-Agile processes to improve team performance and customer satisfaction. They managed a team of program managers and business analysts and oversaw budget, hiring, and performance management.

Earlier in their career, Terry worked at EchoStar Corporation from 2008 to 2016. They held the roles of Staff Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, where they were responsible for project planning, tracking, risk resolution, and communication with stakeholders and executive management.

Terry Schamberger holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Regis University. Prior to that, Terry earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
