Miles Levit has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Miles started their career in 2010 at C5 Group Inc. as a Marketing Manager and later became a Senior Marketing Manager. In 2013, they joined Epsilon and took on various roles, including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Director of Customer Success. During their time at Epsilon, they focused on customer success, implementing marketing cloud solutions, and improving processes and workflows. In 2021, Miles joined BOL Agency as the Senior Director of Enablement, and later became the Vice President of Client Services in 2022. In this role, they lead post-sales functions and focuses on driving top-line growth through post-sales excellence.

Miles Levit completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Advertising at Baruch College from 2005 to 2008. Miles also holds additional certifications such as ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase, Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing from 6sense, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in July 2021), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in May 2021).
