John Vaughn

John Vaughn has more than 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the financial services industry. John most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at BusinessOptix since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Chief Innovation Officer at Essense of Australia from 2018 to 2019. From 2006 to 2017, they held the position of Vice President, Financial Services at DST Systems, where they were responsible for leading the Business Process Solutions business unit and also served as Chairman of DST Catalyst, the company's global community engagement program. Before joining DST Systems, John was the President & CEO of International Financial Data Services (IFDS) from 2001 to 2006, and prior to that, they served as Vice President, Transfer Agency Services at IFDS from 1999 to 2001. Overall, John has a strong background in operations, innovation, and leadership within the financial services sector.

John Vaughn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Rockhurst University, completing their education from 1987 to 1991.
