Mia Phelps has work experience dating back to 2010, when they worked as a Student Ambassador for Solent University. mia then worked as an Administrator for AXA Wealth in 2011. From 2013 to 2023, Phelps worked for Exertis UK, starting as a Marketing Executive and progressing to Marketing Manager, Group Marketing Manager, and finally, Product Manager. Their responsibilities included managing external relationships, delivering marketing plans for global technology companies, and managing budgets and costs for campaigns. In 2023, they started working as a Marketing Manager for BusinessOptix.

Mia Phelps completed their GCSEs at The Vyne Community School from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Queen Mary's College and obtained a BTEC National Certificate in Business Studies. Afterward, they enrolled in Solent University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Business Management. Mia also holds two certifications, namely, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, obtained in January 2021, and PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner from PeopleCert, obtained in May 2023.
