Michelle Rosson

Michelle Rosson, CSM, has extensive experience in customer service and project coordination, currently serving as a Junior Salesforce Administrator and Project Coordinator at BusPatrol since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Northwest Federal Credit Union from January 2013 to October 2021, where responsibilities involved project coordination, IT support, and assisting customers in various capacities. Earlier experience includes a position as a Cashier Customer Service at Sheehy Auto Stores in 2012. Michelle holds an Advanced Diploma from Stonewall Jackson High School, earned in 2012.
