Ian Shann

Ian Shann is a seasoned professional with a background in Research and Development in the food industry. Starting as a Grading Manager at National Beef, Ian went on to work at Tyson Foods as a Project Leader and Senior Food Technologist. Prior to their current role as Principal in Research and Development at ButcherBox, Ian served as an Innovation Manager at Cargill. With a Master of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Oklahoma State University, Ian has been instrumental in driving new innovation in the Retail Channel.
