Madeline Eiler

Madeline Eiler has a diverse work experience in product management and consulting roles. Madeline is currently working at ButcherBox as the Associate Director of Product, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Product Manager at ButcherBox from May 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining ButcherBox, Madeline worked at Solstice as a Principal Product Strategist from February 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end product strategies for a Global Data Marketplace for a Fortune 100 food and beverage conglomerate. Madeline also worked as a Senior Product Consultant and Product Consultant at Solstice, where they managed product roadmaps, conducted stakeholder interviews, and led the architecture team for various web projects.

Madeline also gained experience at Kin + Carta as a Principal Product Strategist from February 2020 to May 2021, where they worked on the creation of a Global Data Marketplace for a Fortune 100 food and beverage conglomerate.

Earlier in their career, Madeline worked at API Healthcare as an Implementation Consultant from June 2014 to December 2015, overseeing the implementation of the Time and Attendance product for healthcare organizations. Madeline also worked at Epic as a Technical Services Engineer from July 2012 to May 2014, managing the hospital Inpatient product and facilitating the adoption of government-mandated programs.

Madeline started their career as a Mathematics Tutor at Grinnell College from 2010 to 2012. Madeline also gained experience as an Actuarial Intern at Clarity in Numbers, LLC in 2011, where they performed general office work and assisted with office administration and marketing tasks.

Madeline Eiler completed their bachelor's degree at Grinnell College from 2008 to 2012. Madeline earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from cPrime, Inc. in March 2016 and Amazon Web Services Business Professional from Amazon Web Services in September 2015.
