Tanya Bulluck has extensive experience in early childhood education and leadership, currently serving as the Executive Director at Child Start since July 2014. In addition to directing the Child Care Resource and Referral Program and coordinating special projects, Tanya Bulluck has contributed to the field through roles such as Quality Outreach Specialist. Bulluck is also an active member of Rotary International and serves as Adjunct Faculty at Butler Community College, focusing on Early Childhood Education. Involvement in advisory roles includes membership on the Butler Community College Early Childhood Advisory Council and previous service as a board member for KSAEYC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Leadership, both from Southwestern College, as well as an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education from San Antonio College.

The college has campuses in El Dorado, Andover, Rose Hill, Marion, Council Grove, and also offers classes at McConnell AFB and online.
