Don Manley

Don Manley is a Vice President of Airport Development at Butler, Fairman and Seufert, Inc. Don previously worked as a Project Manager at Wetzel Engineers from January 1981 to March 1992. Don holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Tri-State College, earned from 1967 to 1973.
