Jessica Rykowsky is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and benefits administration, currently serving as the Benefits Manager at Butler Machinery since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held various HR positions, including Human Resources Manager at General Equipment & Supplies, Inc., and HR Business Partner at Wanzek Construction, Inc. With a strong foundation in HR practices, leadership collaboration, and compliance, Jessica has honed skills in workforce planning, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Management from Minot State University, a Bachelor of Science from North Dakota State University, and dual associate degrees from Bismarck State College.
