Luca Springer

Luca Springer currently serves as the Chairman of Alumni Relations for Beta Theta Pi's Pi Chapter and is a member of the Alternative Investment Group, both starting in October 2023. Luca also holds the position of Private Equity Intern at Invision Capital, beginning in May 2024, where responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities and supporting due diligence processes. With experience at Butler National Golf Club since July 2020 as a Caddy and Golf Attendant, Luca has honed customer service and communication skills. Additionally, Luca worked as the Rental Manager and Rental Attendant at Four Lakes Alpine Snowsports from December 2019 to July 2024, where oversight of employee scheduling and customer interactions was key. Luca founded the online fashion marketplace start-up Modern Agora in August 2020, aiming to innovate the fashion industry. Luca is currently pursuing a degree at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2026.
