Butler's Pantry
Miles Kirk currently serves as the Director of Food and Beverage at Moonrise Hotel, where responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage operations, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating hospitality training and events. Prior experience includes roles as Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager at Butler's Pantry, as well as positions ranging from Service Captain to Server/Bartender at various establishments such as Tony's and Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill. Additional management experience includes serving as General Manager at both STEEL Restaurant & Lounge and The HoneyBaked Ham Company of Georgia. Miles Kirk began professional development as a Supply Chain Intern and held leadership roles in student government while studying at Georgia State University, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Sciences was obtained.
