Systems Engineer at Butlr

James Li has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. James is currently employed at Butlr as a Systems Engineer. Prior to this, they worked as a Design Engineer at the same company. James also gained experience at Atelier Ten as a Design Staff member. Additionally, they interned at Divergent 3D, where they were involved in additive manufacturing projects. James also interned at the Research and Innovation Center of Ford Motor Company. James had a Mechanical Engineering internship at Piaggio Fast Forward, where they assisted in the fabrication and assembly of urban cargo robots. Furthermore, they were the Rockers and ARBs Lead at MIT Motorsports, leading the design and manufacture of critical components for a race car. James also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at MIT Media Lab, contributing to the CityOffice project. Lastly, they were the President of the FIRST Tech Challenge Team 6325, responsible for designing and building a robot for competition. Overall, James has demonstrated a strong technical background and leadership skills throughout their work experience.

From 2015 to 2019, James Li attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
