Jacinta G. has held a variety of roles in the past decade. Jacinta started their career in 2010 at EB Games Australia as a Senior Retail Assistant, then moved up to Assistant Store Manager and Retail Store Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper at Shoebooks. In 2019, they became an Operations role at the Australian Factoring Company. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Head of Customer Experience at butn.

Jacinta G. holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Deakin University, with a major in Child & Family Health.
