Alison Cook

Alison Cook, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist with extensive experience across various healthcare settings. Currently employed at Butte Home Health & Hospice since January 2023, Alison previously worked at Enloe Medical Center and Adventist Health as a physical therapist. Prior positions include serving as a primary care clinician at Sutter Health, where case management responsibilities involved overseeing multiple patients. Alison has incorporated innovative treatment strategies like Hippotherapy at Alameda Health System and has volunteered at the National Center for Equine Facilitated Therapy, where professional development as a physical therapist began.
