Prior to this role, Steven held several key positions at Dawn Foods Global, including Sr. Director of Key Accounts and Regional Sales Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams to exceed sales goals and conducting product presentations. Steven's career also includes significant achievements at CSM Bakery Products North America as a Territory Sales Manager, where management of a $12 million territory and expansion into new markets were notable accomplishments. Earlier experience includes successful account development at L. KARP & SONS, resulting in a prospecting award for opening 50 new accounts in one year.
