Adwana Clayton

Adwana Clayton has extensive experience in the field of training and education related to medical imaging. From 2020 to the present, they have served as the Director of Training and Education at Butterfly Network, Inc. Prior to this role, they held the position of Training and Education Program Manager at the same company from November 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining Butterfly Network, Adwana worked at FUJIFILM Sonosite, Inc. starting in 2011. Their roles at FUJIFILM Sonosite included Senior Manager of Global Education & Training from July 2018 to November 2020, Global Corporate Education Manager from August 2014 to July 2018, and Clinical Applications Specialist from May 2011 to September 2014. In these positions, they developed and executed global training programs, created and launched a Certified Partner Program, and provided technical and clinical leadership/support during the sales process.

Additionally, Adwana has experience as a Technical Documentation Advisor at ToraLab from December 2011 to April 2013 and as a Sonographer/SDMS Project Lead at MidRockland Imaging - Radnet from November 2010 to May 2012. Adwana also worked as a Sonographer at Carolinas Healthcare System from June 2008 to November 2010.

Adwana Clayton completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Purdue Global in 2023. Prior to that, Adwana attended Forsyth Technical Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography/Sonographer and Ultrasound Technician. Adwana also attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and obtained an AAS degree in Information Technology. Additionally, Adwana holds a certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) obtained in 2008 from ARDMS.
