Edward Almeida

Edward Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Edward began their career as a Test Engineer at Stratus Technologies in 1995 before moving on to Nexabit Networks and Lucent Technologies Inc. as a Senior Test Engineer. In 2000, they joined Axiowave Networks as a Principal Test Engineer until 2004. Edward then worked as a Senior Test Engineer at Egenera from 2005 to 2007 and at BigBand Networks from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Principal Test Engineer at Ambient Corporation. Edward made a transition to Ericsson in 2014, where they held the position of Principal Test Engineer until 2017. Since 2017, Edward has been with Butterfly Network, Inc., initially as an NPI Engineering Manager and currently as the Director of NPI Engineering.

Edward Almeida obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1995.
