William Cole

William Cole has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. William started their career in 2006 as an Electronics Technician at Panavision, where they serviced and repaired cinematic film cameras and created custom accessories. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Apple as a Technical Advisor/Genius, specializing in computer and mobile phone repair/service. William also had a role as a Software Engineer/Laboratory Technician, where they worked on CoreOS Bringup Test Automation. Since 2019, William has been working at Butterfly Network, Inc. In their current role as Lead Engineer, Systems and Data, they are responsible for Boomi integrations between different systems, troubleshooting API and webhook issues, and working with various platforms like Netsuite, Sales Force, Stripe, Saleor, and Zendesk.

William Cole obtained an AAS degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Technical Career Institutes, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from CUNY School of Professional Studies from 2015 to 2017.
