Joe Boyle

Joe Boyle has extensive work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Joe is currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at ButterflyMX®, a role they started in December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Meredith Corporation from 2016 to 2020, where they held various positions including Vice President - Engineering, Director of Engineering, Senior Manager, and Manager of Software Engineering. Before joining Meredith Corporation, Joe worked at Connexity, Inc. from 2007 to 2016 as a Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Joe also worked at Boeing as a Software Development Test Lead from 2004 to 2007 and at Westwood One Radio Networks as an ENCO Coordinator from 2002 to 2004. Joe's early career includes a role as a Quality Assurance Tester at THQ in 2002. Throughout their career, Joe has gained experience in software engineering, leadership, business intelligence, and software testing.

Joe Boyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Joe later attended Loyola Marymount University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2004 to 2006.
