Katrina Drane

Katrina Drane started their work experience in 2010 as an Assistant Director of Sales/Event Coordinator at MCM Elegante Hotel and Suites. Katrina then worked at EVC Scottsdale as a Client Services representative from August 2013 to November 2013. In 2015, Katrina joined Appen as a Consultant/Social Media Evaluator, where they worked until May 2016.

From January 2016 to March 2019, they worked at Clara Labs as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, a position they were promoted to from Remote Assistant. In February 2019, Katrina briefly worked as a Growth Recruiter at HubHaus before joining ButterflyMX® in April 2019 as a Training Specialist.

Katrina quickly transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager at ButterflyMX®, working from April 2019 to June 2019. Katrina continued to grow within the company and became a Senior Client Success Manager, holding the position from June 2019 to April 2021. Currently, Katrina is serving as a Senior Manager of Client Solutions at ButterflyMX® since April 2021.

Katrina Drane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Public Administration from the same university, between 2009 and 2011.
