Nicole DeSisto

Nicole DeSisto has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Nicole currently holds the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at ButterflyMX, a Series D proptech company specializing in property access solutions managed through smartphones. Nicole joined ButterflyMX in 2023 and is part of the expansion of their product line.

Prior to their role at ButterflyMX, Nicole worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at EquityBee, where they played a crucial role in building talented teams and managing HR and people-related projects. During their tenure, they achieved significant growth in the US team, increasing it by 136% within a year and by 290% in one and a half years. Nicole also made significant hires, such as the first Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and VP of People & Culture, resulting in substantial cost savings for the company.

Before joining EquityBee, Nicole served as a Manager, Talent Acquisition at WordStream and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at the same company. Their responsibilities included recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.

Nicole started their career as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Daniel Roberts, where they worked from 2013 to 2017. Nicole gained experience in recruitment and consulting during this period.

In 2012, Nicole had an internship as a Social Media Coordinator at Boston Herald, where they managed social media platforms. Prior to that, they also had an internship as a Marketing Manager at Kings Bowl America, LLC in 2011.

Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, team building, and project management.

Nicole DeSisto attended Andover High School from 2003 to 2007. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Curry College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications. Nicole completed their undergraduate studies at Curry College from 2007 to 2012.
