Jonny Shillito

Jonny Shillito has extensive work experience in operations, beginning with their current role as Head of Operations at Butternut Box since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Shift Operations Manager at Goldenfry Foods Ltd from 2019 to 2020, and as a Department Manager at Cranswick Country Foods PLC from 2017 to 2019. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Morrisons in various roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager, Operations Team Manager, Hygiene and Environmental Manager, and Management Trainee.
