Maciej Szalbot has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Maciej began their career as a Tourist Information Assistant at the Resort Town of Ustroń Tourist Information. In 2015, they began working as a Flagship Store Sales Associate at Primark. In 2018, they began working as a Weekend Sales Representative at TK MAXX Charing Cross. In 2020, they worked as both a Customer Care Associate at HUGO BOSS and a Customer Service Sales Representative at H&M. In 2021, they worked as a First Impression Manager at HubHub and a Front Office Receptionist at Marlin. Maciej is currently working as a Customer Love at Butternut Box.

Maciej Szalbot obtained an IELTS Certificate from Southwark College in August 2018. Maciej then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Events Management at Anglia Ruskin University from 2019 to 2022.
