Eric Wink

Eric Wink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, engineering, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for the BUTTING Group, Eric provides support and solutions for customers with specialized demands in various alloys. Prior to this role, Eric owned Coulee Stainless and Fabrication, LLC, focused on stainless steel and aluminum fabrication. Eric also held key positions at Chart Industries as Weld Engineering Manager, Mayo Clinic as Internal Business Consultant, and Benchmark Electronics as Systems Integration Supervisor, where efficiency enhancements and cost reduction strategies were successfully implemented. Eric's foundational experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at RiverSide Electronics and Pacal Industries further showcases a strong background in process optimization and waste reduction. Eric holds a Master of Science in Technology Management/Production Operations from UW-Stout and additional qualifications in Manufacturing Engineering and German Studies.
